A Smarter, Safer, and Faster Way to Flush Your Engines

Flushing your engines shouldn’t be a daily chore, a balancing act, or a battle with worn-out fittings. It’s one of the simplest maintenance tasks boat owners can do—yet it’s also one of the most neglected. The reason is simple: it’s inconvenient.

Accessing factory flush ports means climbing over the transom, reaching into awkward spots, dealing with stuck caps, failing O-rings, and the constant risk of cross-threading. Multiply that by two, three, or four engines, and it’s no surprise many boaters avoid it altogether.

Flushmaster changed that with the original Flushport Quick Connects, eliminating the hassle of OEM threads and replacing them with a durable, marine-ready connection built to last. Now, we’re taking the next step forward.

Welcome to the Flushmaster Flushport Reroute Line—the cleanest, safest, and most efficient way to relocate your engine flush ports inside the boat.

Why Quick Connects Matter

If you’ve ever struggled with the factory ports, you already know the problem. OEM caps wear out. O-rings fall out. Threads get damaged. And every time you connect or disconnect your hose, you’re increasing the chances of cross-threading that critical cooling-water interface on your engine.

Flushmaster Quick Connects eliminate all of that.

  • Built from marine-grade plastics that resist UV fade and maintain structural integrity.

  • Equipped with a 316 marine-grade stainless steel spring—meaning zero corrosion in saltwater environments.

  • Designed to fit any standard garden hose using the included female Quick Connect.

And no—hardware-store connectors can’t compare. They aren’t marinized, they don’t use stainless components, and they corrode quickly. On Suzuki engines especially, attempting to thread in a brass connector can damage factory threads. If that thread fails, you risk losing the seal needed for proper cooling, potentially leading to catastrophic engine issues.

That’s why a purpose-built marine solution matters. That’s why Flushmaster exists.

The Flushport Reroute Line: Flushing, Reimagined

Even with Quick Connects and automation, there was still one final inconvenience: accessing the ports.

Climbing over the transom is dangerous at the dock, especially in rough conditions, at night, or for boaters with limited mobility. So we asked a simple question:

Why not move the flush ports inside the boat?

The result is the new Flushport Reroute Line, a streamlined solution that relocates your engine flush ports to a safe and convenient location inside the cockpit. Your ports go from being feet apart on the engines to inches apart inside the boat.

And yes—every port uses our marine-grade Quick Connect.

A Clean, Seamless Install

All you need to do is run a water line from the engine, tee into the rigging tube, and mount the reroute panel wherever it’s most accessible. Available in:

  • Black acrylic

  • White acrylic

  • Stainless steel (coming soon)

The panel blends cleanly into any interior. No more stepping on brackets, leaning over engines, or balancing on the swim platform. Just walk up, push, twist, and connect your hose.

Options for Any Setup

The Flushport Reroute Line is available in:

  • Single port

  • Dual port

  • Triple port

  • Quad port

The Dual Port system also doubles as a freshwater/raw-water washdown connection. Traditional washdown hoses often seize, corrode, or become impossible to remove—our Quick Connect solves the same problem there, too.

The Most Convenient Flushing Solution Ever Built

With your ports relocated inside the boat, flushing becomes:

  • Safer – No climbing or leaning over engines.

  • Faster – Ports are inches apart.

  • Cleaner – Seamless integration into your interior.

  • More reliable – Connection points designed for long-term saltwater use.

Pair the Reroute Line with the Flushmaster device and Flushport Quick Connects, and you’ve created the easiest, safest, and most hands-off flushing system available today.
