FAQs

Does the Controller have to stay in the Cradle?

No. Keep it at a suitable dockside mounting location or lift it out when you want to carry or store it. The Cradle is a holder; the Controller is sold separately.

Will it hold the unit if I use the Suncover?

Yes. If you have the Suncover attached, the controller still slides right into the cradle. It’s the best way to keep your unit protected and organized at the same time.

How does it work with the Suncover?

The Controller can sit in the Cradle with the Suncover attached. Follow the Cradle and Suncover instructions for front-block clearance if you want to open the cover while it is seated. Confirm that the Controller remains properly supported.

Can I mount this to a concrete piling?

The kit includes wood screws. For concrete or composite pilings, you’ll just need to grab the appropriate anchors from the hardware store; the pre-drilled holes will still work perfectly.
