Saves a tremendous amount of time
I bought this product for my 2021 Mercury 250XL motor. The old, 'crappy', plug had gotten so bad I had to use pliers to get it open or close it.
This quick install has saved a huge amount of time when I pull back into my dock. I have one hose dedicated to the motor with the quick connect, and the other hose I start rinsing the boat down. 15 minutes later....all done.

Regarding the slight drip you noticed: our Mercury Quick Connect cap is designed with a small weep hole. This isn’t a defect—it works together with Mercury’s internal check valve as both a safety feature and an indicator. If water seeps from that hole, it usually means the check valve needs service. We worked directly with Mercury to ensure this design meets their requirements and won’t affect your warranty. In fact, flushing regularly (which it sounds like you’re already doing) is the best way to protect your engine and keep that warranty intact—since corrosion from not flushing can void coverage.

Great product! Really easy to connect/disconnect.
It’s a great idea and very much needed but if you have your Flushmaster mounted in the Flush master cradle the cover doesn’t close all the way. It still closes enough to block the sun but it could be better.

We’re sorry for any confusion with the fit. The Suncover is designed to work with the cradle, and your order should have included a small insert explaining how to modify the cradle for a perfect fit.
To clarify:
Just remove the front two square panels from the cradle — it’s a quick adjustment that allows the Suncover to close completely while still cradling the unit securely. The hose cutouts on the cradle continue to hold the Flushmaster in place, so functionality isn't compromised at all.

Very nice idea, but it needs to be redesigned to go with the wall mount holder that you offer
Getting a few years behind me, and climbing all over the lift to flush motors can be a bit difficult. With Flushmaster quick connect and box it is very easy with a ouch of the button.
I bought this boat, which is less than year old, but had no saying how it was built and I couldn’t get any flush systems. I’ve struggled with these motors before for years, where you worry about, dropping the rubber washer out of the on the water when you try to flush out a regular Yamaha And as simple and easy as this thing is, it’s the best product on the market for somebody with an aftermarket thought nothing better flawless works great product
This changes everything for flushing the motor. Makes it so much easier!
works great! just make sure the cap is clicked on so the engine won't overheat.....I get much better flush pressure with this than I did with the seachoice model I was previously using.
