(1) 90-degree Elbow (goes inside the cowling to ensure no kinks are in the Mercury flush hose; use if necessary)
(1) Wrench for Tightening
(1) Stainless Steel Hose Clamp

Product Installation
  1. Remove the OEM Mercury flush port plug.
  2. Unscrew the Mercury OEM plug from the 3/4" female hose outlet.
  3. Remove the lanyard from the engine hose.
  4. Thread in your new Flushmaster Flush Port Quick Connect to the flush port.
  5. Reinstall the Flushmaster Flush Port Quick Connect into the engine cowling.
  6. Give it a 1/4" turn clockwise to lock it in place.

Helpful Tip: Remove the cowling and inspect the flush hose for any kinks. If a kink exists, replace the Mercury 3/4" female hose outlet with the provided elbow. Orient the elbow inside the cowling to ensure no kinks are in the Mercury flush hose. (To help insert the 90-degree elbow, lube the barb or use a heat gun on the flush hose.)

Having watched the videos I was sold on the idea ,, & the locking cap seems to be a real differentiator to another brand. Sadly, these are not available in the UK, without a ludicrous shipping charge, but fortunately, we have friends in the US who it was delivered to ,, for handing over when we meet in St Lucia at Xmas 🤣 The delivery was fast & secure and I am looking forward to installing it on my Mercury 150 ... the oem fitting which needs removal of the cap, screwing on the adaptor and reversal is a real pain, and difficult to seal properly. A1 seller
