Products Policies
FREIGHT:
- All orders are shipped F.O.B Flushmaster.
- Full freight allowed on all orders over $5,000.00 shipping to one location.
- A copy of the freight invoice paid must accompany payment to allow deduction.
- Flushmaster is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay after the goods leave our premises.
- If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Flushmaster immediately.
- If shipped freight collect, customer is responsible for filing any claims with the carriers for damage and/or lost shipments. Damage claims are handled through the carrier.
- Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to Flushmaster within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- Invoices must be paid within terms.
- Drop ship orders are allowed with pre-approval only.
MINIMUM ORDER:
- The Minimum Order is $500.00 USD NET product.
- If you need to order less than the minimum allowable order amount, a $50 non-minimum processing fee will be added to the order.
RETURNS:
- Returned goods must be in “as new” condition with no visible signs of usage and must be in original salable packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- You must contact Flushmaster prior to returning any part or product. All returns must include a Flushmaster Products issued Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Flushmaster will pay shipping “one-way”, meaning if the customer paid shipping to receive the product, then Flushmaster will pay the return shipping.
- A restocking fee of 20% per item will be deducted.
- Any damage to the product, upon inspection, will be deducted from the credit memo. We will issue credit on goods returned within 30 days of receipt at Flushmaster.
- No credit will be issued for goods that are not returned to Flushmaster.
