Flush Port Quick Connect for Mercury

Flushing your Mercury outboard shouldn’t feel like a wrestling match — but if you’ve ever struggled with that impossible factory flush port cap, you know it often does.

Even on brand-new engines, removing the OEM cap is frustrating. It's wedged in tight, and many owners end up damaging or stripping it while trying to pry it loose with tools. The Flush Port Quick Connect for Mercury Outboards eliminates all that hassle, permanently.

This easy-to-install upgrade replaces the factory cap system with a secure quick-connect fitting that’s simple to use. No more digging at stuck caps, threading and unthreading hoses, or fighting to wedge the cap back into place after flushing. Just snap on, flush, and snap off—it’s that easy.

Our design also improves on Mercury’s original cap with a larger, more visible weephole indicator. Like the OEM design, this small drainage port helps detect check valve issues — but ours is easier to monitor at a glance, giving you faster warning and greater peace of mind.

Built tough for saltwater environments and daily use, the Flush Port Quick Connect is the smarter, faster way to protect your Mercury outboard — whether you’re flushing at the dock, on a trailer, or in dry storage.

Use it with a standard reinforced hose, or pair it with a Flushmaster system for the ultimate convenience.

NOTE: The opening in the top of the Mercury Quick Connect cap serves as an indicator of check valve failure and is required by the OEM
