Start with your boat
One connection path. The right additions.
The Flushmaster Controller works with all three connection options: Flush Port Quick Connects at the engine, a Flush Port Reroute that moves the connections inside the boat, or a solid 316 stainless steel Water Inlet for a premium replacement or quick-connect option. Choose the connection that serves your setup; you do not need all three for the same engine route.
Use a garden hose for manual flushing, or add a Controller for automatic timing. Keep compatible equipment you already own.
01 · Twin-engine Boat Lift example
A regular home base at the dock.
Make the return-to-dock routine easier with a fixed place for your Controller and hoses. This example keeps the flush connections at accessible engine ports.

For a twin-engine boat, choose two engine-specific kits and one 2-Outlet Controller. Measure from the proposed Controller position to both ports; check mounting access and your engine’s flushing instructions.

If reaching the engine ports is the problem, use the Reroute example instead of adding engine Quick Connect kits to that route.

Keep hookup simple when your engine ports are within reach. Start with Quick Connects for manual flushing; include a Controller if you want it to manage each engine’s time.

This illustrated automatic setup uses two compatible Suzuki kits and one 2-Outlet Controller. Check hose reach with the boat parked where you flush. The engine manual determines its position and running state.
A different connection?
For manual flushing, the Controller is optional. If your boat already has onboard flush inlets, use the inlet example rather than buying engine kits.
03 · Twin-engine Portable example
Take the routine with you.
For different docks or trips away, a portable Controller lets you keep the same routine without a permanent Controller mount. Pack the hoses and use the compatible connections already on each boat.

The Honda kits are the connection choice shown here, not a universal fit for other engines. Choose hose length for your real working positions and use a suitable fresh-water supply.

Have working Quick Connects or approved onboard inlets already? Keep them. You may only need the Controller and storage accessories.
04 · Twin-engine Reroute example
Bring hard-to-reach ports inside the boat.
Create a convenient flushing station when the engine ports are difficult to reach. A Reroute plate provides the connection at the boat; separate hose runs connect it to the engines.

Automate the two engine routes one at a time. Outlet hoses are included in the Controller package; select their length.
Check before you buy
For two engines: one dual-port plate and two Install Kits, one for each engine. Match hose size, plate orientation and mounting dimensions; confirm the engine-specific connection and check-valve requirements in the install guide.
A different connection?
This replaces the engine-side connection path. You do not also need Flush Port Quick Connect kits or separate Water Inlets for these same Reroute ports. Use a garden hose manually, or add a Controller.
Mercury V10: required part 8M0192180. This Mercury male fitting connects to the engine cooling system. You cannot complete a Mercury V10 Reroute installation without it. It is not included with the Reroute plate or Reroute Install Kit. Source it separately through a Mercury parts supplier before installation.
05 · Triple-engine Inlet Upgrade example
Upgrade the inlets you already have.
This example upgrades three existing onboard inlets to solid 316 stainless steel Quick Connect Water Inlets. The Water Inlet also serves as a premium quick-connect option in a compatible installation. Add a Controller for automatic timing.

The 4-Outlet model supports a three-engine flushing routine. Choose its included hose length to reach every inlet.
Check before you buy
Three separate engine routes need three inlet connections if you are replacing all of them. Verify flange, mounting opening, screw spacing, rear clearance and internal hose size. Choose the 4-Outlet Controller for three engines.
A different connection?
This example keeps the approved engine hose routes already on the boat. The Water Inlet is a connection fitting; hose routing is a separate installation requirement. You do not need a Reroute plate or engine Quick Connect kits for these same connection points.

These are starting points, not universal fitment lists. Choose your connection path, confirm your engine model and count, then select hose reach. Your engine manufacturer’s instructions determine the flushing procedure.
